We accept all major credit and debit cards and any additional payment methods available at checkout. All payments are processed securely — Thredova never stores your full card details.

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, production may have already begun and cancellation may not be possible.

It means your item is printed specifically for you when you place your order — nothing sits in a warehouse waiting. Each piece is made just for you.

Print-on-demand items take 3–7 business days to produce before shipping. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order is on its way.

Slight color variations between your screen and the finished printed product are normal and inherent to the print-on-demand process. This is not considered a defect. If you have concerns about a specific color, feel free to contact us before ordering.

Our Unisex tees are printed on the Comfort Colors 1717 — widely considered the most premium blank in the industry. Think of it as the Lamborghini of t-shirts. It's a heavyweight 6.1 oz garment-dyed tee made from 100% ring-spun US cotton, and people who wear it don't go back. The garment-dyeing process gives it that soft, broken-in feel straight out of the bag — no washing required. It drapes beautifully, holds its shape, and the color stays rich wash after wash. When your scripture design lands on fabric this good, it shows.

Each product page includes a size guide with garment measurements in inches, laid flat. We recommend measuring a well-fitting garment you already own and comparing it to the chart rather than going by your usual size label.

Our Unisex Tee (Comfort Colors 1717) fits true to size. It has a relaxed, slightly roomier cut than a standard fitted tee — comfortable and lived-in right off the hanger. Size up for an oversized look; women typically size down one for a more fitted feel. Check the size chart on the product page if you're between sizes.

We don't currently carry youth sizes in our standard shop, but we do take custom orders. Reach out to us at hello@thredova.com and we'll sort you out.

It comes down to how you connect with Scripture. The Christian track uses familiar English names — Jesus, Lord, God. The Hebrew Roots track uses Hebrew names — Yeshua, ADONAI, YHVH. Same verse, same meaning, different expression of faith.

Whichever feels like home. Both carry the same Word.

Every order is made to order, so please allow 2–7 business days for production. Once shipped, US orders typically arrive within 2–5 business days. Canadian orders can take 10–30 business days after shipping. See our Shipping Policy for full details.

Yes — we ship to all 50 states, including Alaska and Hawaii. Please note that Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories may take a few additional days to arrive.

We currently ship to the US and Canada only.

Once your order ships you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to follow your package.

First check around your property and with neighbors, and wait 2–3 business days as packages are sometimes marked delivered early. If it still hasn't arrived, contact us and we'll open an investigation with the carrier.

Because each item is made specifically for you, we accept returns or replacements only if the item arrives damaged or defective, the print quality is significantly below standard, or you received the wrong item, size, or color. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. See our full Refund & Returns Policy.

Unfortunately we're unable to accept returns for incorrect sizes ordered by the buyer, as each item is produced uniquely for you. We recommend carefully checking the size guide before ordering.

Once approved, refunds are processed within 7–10 business days back to your original payment method.
