Thredova is an independent online scripture apparel brand offering made-to-order apparel and goods through our website.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By visiting our website, creating an account, or placing an order, you confirm that you:

  • Have read and understood these Terms & Conditions
  • Agree to be bound by these terms and all applicable laws
  • Agree to our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Refund & Returns Policy

3. Products & Services

Thredova offers made-to-order scripture apparel and related goods.

Made-to-Order Items: Products are created after your order is placed. This allows us to offer intentional scripture designs across multiple sizes, colors, and styles without holding unnecessary inventory.

Made-to-order items may be produced and fulfilled by trusted production partners. Your order may ship directly from a production facility rather than from Twin Falls, Idaho.

Product availability, garment colors, sizes, pricing, and design options may change without notice.

4. Ordering & Payment

Placing an Order

By placing an order with Thredova, you are making an offer to purchase a product. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion.

Order Confirmation

You will receive an order confirmation email after your purchase. This confirmation confirms that we have received your order.

Pricing

  • All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD)
  • Prices are subject to change without notice
  • We reserve the right to correct pricing errors
  • Promotional prices apply only for the stated promotional period

Payment

We accept the payment methods available at checkout, which may include:

  • Major credit and debit cards
  • PayPal or other supported payment options
  • Additional payment methods offered through our website platform

All payments are processed securely through trusted third-party payment processors. Thredova does not store your full payment card details.

Taxes

  • Sales tax is applied where required by law
  • International buyers, where international shipping is available, are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees applicable in their country
  • Thredova is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing

5. Shipping & Delivery

Processing & Production

  • Every Thredova item is made to order
  • We allow a 24-hour cancellation window before sending your order into production
  • After that window, most orders are made and ready to ship within 7 business days
  • Production time is separate from shipping time

Shipping Times

Once your order ships, most U.S. orders arrive within 2–5 business days. Most U.S. orders arrive within approximately 5–13 business days from the order date, including the 24-hour cancellation window, production, and shipping.

Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by carriers, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, customs, or circumstances beyond our control may extend delivery time.

Shipping Responsibility

  • Thredova is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or circumstances beyond our control
  • If your order is lost in transit, please contact us and we will help review the next steps
  • Orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the buyer are not the responsibility of Thredova

6. Made-to-Order Products

For made-to-order Thredova items, please be aware that:

  • Each item is created after your order is placed
  • Slight variations in garment color, print color, or placement may occur
  • Comfort Colors tees are garment-dyed, which can create subtle variation from piece to piece
  • Screen settings, lighting, garment color, and the printing process can affect how colors appear
  • Small color or placement variations are not considered defects and are not grounds for return or refund unless the print quality is significantly below standard
  • We stand behind the quality of our products and will address genuine defects promptly

7. Cancellations

You may request cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order.

After that window, your order may already be sent into production and cancellation may no longer be possible.

If you need to cancel, please email us as soon as possible at hello@thredova.com.

8. Returns & Refunds

Because each Thredova item is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for wrong size ordered, change of mind, buyer’s remorse, or preference for a different color or style.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number, clear photos, and a brief description of the issue.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Thredova website including but not limited to:

  • Logo and branding
  • Product designs and artwork
  • Photography and images
  • Written content and descriptions
  • Website content and product page copy

You may not:

  • Copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without written permission
  • Use our branding or designs for commercial purposes
  • Claim ownership of any Thredova content or designs
  • Create derivative works from Thredova designs, artwork, or written content without permission

Personal, non-commercial use of our website content is permitted provided you maintain all copyright notices.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Idaho, United States. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Idaho.

If a resolution cannot be reached through direct communication, disputes shall be resolved through:
