Thredova is a small independent online shop selling ready-made physical items, print-on-demand products, and digital downloads.

Thredova offers three categories of products:

Ready-Made Physical Items: Items that are pre-made and shipped directly from our location in Idaho.

Print-on-Demand Items: Products printed and fulfilled by our trusted partners Printify and/or Printful specifically when you place your order. These items are produced uniquely for you.

Digital Downloads: Downloadable files delivered electronically after purchase. No physical item is shipped for digital orders.

Custom & Personalized Orders: Items made specifically according to your instructions. Custom orders are subject to additional terms as outlined in Section 7.

4. Ordering & Payment

Placing an Order

By placing an order with Thredova you are making an offer to purchase a product. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion.

Order Confirmation

You will receive an order confirmation email after your purchase. This confirmation does not guarantee acceptance of your order — it simply confirms we have received it.

Pricing

  • All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD)
  • Prices are subject to change without notice
  • We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors
  • Promotional prices apply only for the stated promotional period

Payment

We accept the following payment methods:

All payments are processed securely through trusted third-party payment processors. Thredova does not store your full payment card details.

Taxes

5. Shipping & Delivery

Processing Times

  • Ready-made items: 1-3 business days
  • Print-on-demand items: 3-7 business days (production time before shipping)
  • Digital downloads: Instant delivery after payment confirmation
  • Custom orders: As agreed upon at time of order

Shipping Times

Shipping times vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method. Estimated delivery dates are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed.

Shipping Responsibility

  • Thredova is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control
  • Risk of loss and title for physical items passes to you upon delivery to the carrier
  • If your order is lost in transit, please contact us and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue

International Shipping

  • International buyers are responsible for all customs fees, import duties, and taxes
  • Thredova is not responsible for packages held by customs
  • Delivery times for international orders may vary significantly

6. Digital Downloads

By purchasing a digital download from Thredova you agree to the following:

  • Digital files are delivered electronically and are available immediately after payment
  • All digital sales are final — no refunds once the file has been accessed or downloaded
  • Files are for personal use only and may not be resold, redistributed, shared, or used for commercial purposes without our express written permission
  • You may not claim ownership or copyright over any Thredova digital product
  • Thredova retains full intellectual property rights over all digital products
  • Color variations between screen display and printed output are normal and not grounds for refund

7. Custom & Personalized Orders

When placing a custom order you agree that:

  • You have carefully reviewed and confirmed all personalization details including spelling, dates, names, and specifications
  • Errors made by the buyer in the personalization details are not eligible for refund or replacement
  • Custom orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun
  • Custom orders are not eligible for return or exchange unless the error was made by Thredova
  • Production timelines for custom orders are estimates and may vary
  • Thredova reserves the right to decline custom order requests at our discretion

8. Print-on-Demand Products

For print-on-demand items please be aware that:

  • Each item is produced individually upon your order
  • Slight variations in color between what you see on screen and the finished product are normal and inherent to the printing process
  • These color variations are not considered defects and are not grounds for return or refund
  • Production is handled by our trusted partners Printify and/or Printful and is subject to their production standards
  • We stand behind the quality of our print products and will address any genuine defects promptly

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Thredova website including but not limited to:

  • Logo and branding
  • Product designs and artwork
  • Photography and images
  • Written content and descriptions
  • Digital download files

…is the intellectual property of Thredova and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

You may not:

  • Copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without written permission
  • Use our branding or designs for commercial purposes
  • Claim ownership of any Thredova content or designs
  • Reverse engineer any of our digital products

Personal, non-commercial use of our website content is permitted provided you maintain all copyright notices.
