At Thredova, we want your order to reach you safely and as quickly as possible. Please read our shipping policy carefully so you know exactly what to expect.
1. Order Processing Times
Before your order ships, it goes through a processing period:

Please note:
- Processing times are in addition to shipping times
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays begin processing the next business day
- During peak seasons (holidays, sales events) processing times may be slightly longer
- You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped

- All delivery estimates begin from the date of shipment, not the date of order
- Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed
- Delays caused by weather, carrier issues, or customs are beyond our control
- International delivery times may vary significantly depending on your country
3. Shipping Carriers
We ship using the following trusted carriers:
Domestic:
- USPS (United States Postal Service)
- UPS
- FedEx
International:
- USPS International
- UPS International
- FedEx International
For print-on-demand orders, shipping is handled by our partners Printify and/or Printful using their carrier network which may include additional carriers depending on your location.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:
- Your delivery address
- The weight and dimensions of your order
- Your chosen shipping method
Free Shipping: We periodically offer free shipping promotions. Follow us on social media or subscribe to our newsletter to stay informed about current offers.
Print-on-Demand Shipping: Shipping costs for print-on-demand items are calculated based on Printify/Printful rates and will be displayed clearly at checkout.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped you will receive a confirmation email containing:
- Your tracking number
- A link to track your order
- Estimated delivery date
You can track your order at any time through:
- The link in your shipping confirmation email
- Your Etsy account under “Purchases and Reviews”
- Directly on the carrier’s website using your tracking number
- Your Thredova account order history
Please note:
- Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after your order ships
- International tracking updates may be less frequent once the package leaves the United States
6. Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.
- Thredova is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the buyer
- If you notice an address error after placing your order, contact us immediately — we will do our best to correct it before shipment
- Once an order has shipped, we cannot redirect it to a new address
- Additional shipping charges may apply if an order is returned due to an incorrect address and needs to be reshipped
7. Lost or Stolen Packages
Lost Packages: If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it:
- Check around your property and with neighbors
- Check with your local post office or carrier facility
- Wait 2-3 business days as packages are sometimes marked delivered early
- Contact us if the package still has not arrived and we will open an investigation with the carrier
Stolen Packages: Thredova is not responsible for packages stolen after delivery confirmation. We recommend:
- Requiring a signature for delivery on high-value orders
- Installing a secure package drop or mailbox
- Having packages delivered to a work address if theft is a concern in your area
Lost in Transit: If your package appears genuinely lost in transit (no movement on tracking for 10+ business days domestically or 20+ business days internationally), please contact us and we will work with the carrier to locate your package or arrange a replacement or refund.
8. Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged:
- Take clear photos of the damaged packaging and item before opening fully
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos
- We will arrange a replacement or refund depending on the situation
Please do not discard damaged items or packaging until the issue is resolved as we may need them for carrier insurance claims.
9. Undeliverable Packages
Packages may be returned to us as undeliverable if:
- The address provided was incorrect or incomplete
- Nobody was available to accept a signature-required delivery and the package was not collected from the carrier facility
- The package was refused at delivery
If your package is returned to us as undeliverable:
- We will contact you to confirm your address
- You will be responsible for the cost of reshipping
- If you choose not to have the item reshipped, a refund will be issued minus the original shipping cost
10. International Shipping — Important Information
Customs & Import Taxes
- International buyers are responsible for all customs fees, import duties, and taxes imposed by their country
- These charges are not included in your order total and are collected by your local customs authority
- Thredova has no control over customs charges and cannot predict what they may be
- We recommend contacting your local customs office for information on applicable fees before ordering
Customs Delays
- International orders may be held by customs for inspection
- Thredova is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing
- Customs delays are not grounds for refund
Customs Declaration
- All international packages are declared at their full purchase value as required by law
- We do not falsify customs declarations or mark packages as gifts to avoid customs fees
Restricted Countries
- We currently do not ship to countries under US trade sanctions or export restrictions
- If we are unable to ship to your country, you will be notified and your order will be refunded in full
11. Print-on-Demand Shipping
For items fulfilled by our print-on-demand partners Printify and/or Printful:
- Orders are shipped directly from the production facility closest to your location
- This means your order may ship from a location different from Twin Falls, Idaho
- Shipping times and costs are determined by our print partners
- In some cases print-on-demand items may arrive separately from other items in your order
- Tracking information is provided by our print partners and forwarded to you
12. Digital Downloads
Digital products require no shipping. After your payment is confirmed:
- Your download link will be available immediately in your order confirmation
- You can also access your files through your Etsy account under “Purchases and Reviews” or your Thredova account
- Download links are available for 30 days after purchase
- If you experience any technical difficulty accessing your download, contact us immediately and we will resolve it promptly
13. Holiday & Peak Season Shipping
During busy periods including:
- Christmas & New Year (November — January)
- Valentine’s Day
- Mother’s Day
- Easter
Please be aware that:
- Processing times may be slightly longer than usual
- Carrier networks experience higher volumes and delays are possible
- We strongly recommend ordering at least 2-3 weeks in advance for domestic orders and 4-6 weeks in advance for international orders during peak holiday periods
- Thredova cannot guarantee delivery by specific dates during peak seasons
14. Shipping to PO Boxes & Military Addresses
- We ship to PO Boxes via USPS
- We ship to APO/FPO/DPO military addresses via USPS
- Some shipping methods and carriers may not be available for PO Boxes or military addresses
- Delivery times to military addresses may be longer than standard estimates
15. Sustainability & Packaging
At Thredova we are committed to packaging our orders responsibly:
- We use minimal and recyclable packaging wherever possible
- We avoid excessive plastic packaging
- Print-on-demand partners are selected partly based on their commitment to sustainable production practices
- We are continuously working to reduce our environmental footprint
